The Saarbrücken Graduate School of Computer Science provides an optimal environment for pursuing doctoral studies in computer science at an internationally competitive level. Who can apply?
Talented students with strong interest in research who hold a Masters or an excellent Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or in a related field.
The Vienna PhD School of Informatics is an international PhD School, funded by the Vienna University of Technology (TU Vienna), the City of Vienna and private sponsors. PhD students for this full-time programme are recruited world-wide, all courses are held in English.
The call for applications for the study year 2010/11 is now open.
The PhD School is located at TU Vienna and admits Austrian as well as international students annually. TU Vienna invites applications for a maximum of 15 PhD scholarships per year. The first study year of the PhD School started in October 2009. No tuition fees have to be paid by these holders of scholarships.
The International School of Business Management in Switzerland is offering two Students per year 100% Scholarship; all students are able to apply for the Scholarship in Switzerland.
Courses:
Scholarship funds amount to NOK 1.000.000, – (approx. Euro 125.000,-/US Dollars 150.000,-) will be awarded to Ibsen-related projects worldwide.
The International Ibsen Scholarships were initiated by the Norwegian government and will be awarded for the third time in 2010. We solicit relevant applications, from projects throughout the world.
The scholarships are meant to act as incentives for critical discourse in regards to existential and society-related subject matters concerning Henrik Ibsen, and are applicable to individuals, organizations and institutions within the artistic and cultural communities. The applications are subject to scrutiny by an appointed jury.
Previous years, projects from Asia, North-America, Europe, Africa and Australia have received scholarships.
The UT Scholarship is awarded by the Foundation University of Twente Scholarship Programme of the University of Twente. The UT Scholarship is meant for international students who show excellence, both academically as well as socially. The UT Scholarship is awarded for one year of study and is extended for a second year if study results are sufficient. Please note that you can only apply for the UT Scholarship after you have been (provisionally) accepted by the educational programme of your choice.
