CIFP is a Masters level professional qualification in Islamic Finance. The Malaysian Qualification Agency has recognized it as equivalent to a Masters degree. the requirements of a US Masters degree (42credit hours) is required for the cifp.
Graduate Research Assistantships (2009-’10)
Research Assistantships are available for Masters Degree Programmes in the Department of Aeronautical Engineering of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in the Universiti Teknologi Malaysia for the academic year 2009-’10. Assistantship per month is around 1500RM. On campus dormitory accommodation on nominal charges may be provided for students who are single. Tuition fees of about 700RM/month for the first six months and about 530RM/month for the subsequent months are to be borne by the student.
The Malaysian Commonwealth Scholarship and Fellowship Plan are awarded by the Malaysian Government to the nominated students from the Commonwealth countries to study at the post-graduate level in Malaysia. This is a Government to Government scheme without any bond imposed by Malaysia.
Malaysian International Scholarship (MIS) is a Premier Scholarship which offer opportunities to an excellent and outstanding young students to pursue their higher education in Malaysian universities. Funded by the Malaysian Goverment under the Malaysian Technical Cooperation Programme (MTCP), it is administered by the Ministry of Higher Education. The scholarship is a part of Malaysian Goverment’s objective in the encouragement of closer bilateral relations between Malaysia and the MTCP’s participating countries.
