The Government of Korea has awarded international students a scholarship called “Global Korea Scholarship.”
If you are interested in applying for the program, you must meet all the requirements stated below:

Eligible candidates: high-quality female researcher. Note that application has to be done by the National Commission for UNESCO of applicants country of origin.

PhD Research Assistantship in the Embedded Computing Area at the Computer Systems Lab, Chosun University, Gwangju, Republic of Korea
The Computer Systems Lab (CSLab) is seeking for skillful, hard working and highly motivated candidates with good credentials to join our dynamic international team as PhD students within the area of embedded computing systems.
Korean Government invites 150 international students who wish to pursue an undergraduate degree in Korea from 65 countries.
To apply for the program, you should contact one of IRCs (institutions in charge of recommendation of candidates) which you may find in the attachment 4 (composed of 2 sheets). Dual application is to be rejected; you need to choose just one IRC.
Sorrily, however, we add that Yonsei university and the Korean embassy to the Philippines have recently informed us that they would not be involved in recommendation of candidates this year. So note that you should apply for the program through other IRCs except those two institutions.
The graduate school provides various kinds of scholarships to graduate students. In particular, international students may receive scholarship through a special program, the Jungseok International Fellowship. Qualified students are allowed to receive scholarship covering either full or half of the tuition. In addition to this special scholarship, international students can also receive additional support through various kinds of assistantships.
National Institute for International Education (NIIED)
The Korean Government Scholarship Program is designed to provide higher education in Korea for international students in order to promote international exchange in education and mutual friendship between the participating countries. Total number of Applicants for Selection : 600 persons

Our research group is carrying research in printed electronics which will be the preferred manufacturing process for solar cell, RFIDs, flexible panel systems, displays, and sensors in future.
