Ministry of Communications and Information in 2010 and re-open the opportunity to provide educational scholarships abroad in Master Degree for civil servants within government agencies, employees of educational institutions and industry, Information and Communication Technology (ICT), and the general public.

Requirements:

1. College graduates (S1)
2. Have a minimum GPA 3.00 (scale of 4)
3. Has a value of Institutional TOEFL (ITP) at least a minimum of 550 or IELTS 6.5
4. Has a value of Academic Potential Test (TPA) of at least 550
5. Recommendations from the authorities
6. Precedence:
   • Having work experience minimum 2 years
   • Maximum 35-year-old
7. Do not have a degree and not currently receiving other scholarships and / or are participating in educational programs S2
8. Registration and submission of scholarship application file no later than the date of 5 April 2010
